Valentina Stahelin Bonilla

Valentina Stahelin Bonilla is a lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a specialization in Administrative Law from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. Currently, she continues her academic training studying Urban Law at the Universidad del Rosario. With eight years of experience in the legal field, her work has focused on providing advice in the field of urban law, collaborating with urban development project developers, industrial and service companies, and construction companies. Her participation has been significant in structuring real estate projects, conducting urban due diligence, title studies, and facilitating real estate transactions in Colombia.

Before joining the Durán y Osorio team, Valentina served as a coordinator in the legal department of a trade association in the construction sector. During this period, she led the analysis and review of relevant legislation for the sector.

Valentina has the ability to apply her legal knowledge to effectively address the complexities associated with the planning and execution of urban projects. Her ability to work in teams and adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving has been fundamental in her professional career.
